• I received my Bachelors in Psychology at U.C. Davis , and then went on to get my M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from California School of Professional Psychology in Los Angeles.

  • I have been back and forth between living in Northern and Southern California, most of my adult life. I finally settled in Sacramento because it is where my family lives.

  • I have completed additional training as a Domestic Violence Counselor at Sojourn, a shelter for women and children survivors of D.V. in Santa Monica, CA. I have always had a passion for supporting victims of intimate partner violence to heal, and I have a unique understanding of the dynamic.

  • I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing). I actively use it in my practice. I was trained by the Parnell Institute where I completed parts 1,2, and 3.

  • I have familiarity with twelve step programs, and have experience with addiction in both a professional and personal capacity.

  • I work with a fluffy, kind and gentle therapy dog named, Halo. Expect to see her in session! You can fawn over pictures of her on her own doggie IG
